The subjects in this study were fourth-grade students of SD Negeri Bringin 02 who were divided into small-scale trial subjects of 12 students and large-scale trials of 26 students. There are 2 variables in this study, the independent variable is animated video-based learning media and the dependent variable is student learning outcomes. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out using test techniques, namely (pre-test and post-test) and non-tests consisting of (interviews, observations, and questionnaires). Data analysis used product data analysis, initial data analysis, and final data analysis. The results of the development of animated video-based learning media were declared very feasible with a presentation percentage of 97% and material 95%. The results of the t-test hypothesis obtained a sig. value of 0.000. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between before and after the application of learning media. The effectiveness of animated video-based learning media is also through n-gain calculations, namely the average difference between the pretest and posttest is 22.4 and the n-gain score is 0.52 with moderate improvement criteria.
